Cancellation Policy: I kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. In the event of a no-show, where no cancellation notice is provided, 100% of the service cost will be charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will always strive to be understanding and accommodating. However, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding.
